Mid Range Data Projector Hire – 5000-5500 ANSI Lumens

Projector Hire has been offered by Hire Intelligence Dublin for over 10 years. Whilst large screens or LED/video walls have replaced some of the requirements for projector hire, in some locations and for certain sizes of audience, projector hire is still the right option.

We have found that if competing with sunlight at all, then anything under 3000 ANSI lumens is simply not bright enough to give a professional display.

So our standard projector hire models from leading brands are around 5000 lumen brightness levels.

The current core projector hire products are an Optoma 504 professional projector, and an NEC P525UK Projector. Neither models are lightest units and are not picked for portability, but they give an excellent level of reliability, brightness, and resolution.

We have some other models from Sanyo available, and all of these relatively high power, high brightness data projectors make it ideal for large rooms with a large audience and can cope with some background ambient light.

One of the models we can provide is an ‘ultra-short throw’ projector, which means it can project onto a wall or screen from very nearby – this is ideal if space is limited, or health and safety considerations are an issue and you don’t want long ‘power cable runs’.

Note: For calculating projected image size, you’ll need to understand where you’ll place the projector, the distance from the wall, and something called ‘throw ratio’:

Throw Ratio = Throw Distance /Image Width (TR = TD / IW)
